The TCS PIONEER Series is a curated IP training programme for innovators, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, offering practical insights into intellectual property strategy and commercialization. The seminar provides participants with practical training in key aspects of patent practice and strategy. Topics include identifying common patenting pitfalls, drafting strong patent specifications and claims, conducting prior art searches and patentability assessments, understanding freedom-to-operate considerations, and developing effective global filing strategies. Through interactive sessions that combine foundational principles with practical exercises and case studies, Jennifer and Pauli share their experience in international patent practice to help participants strengthen their understanding of patent law and innovation protection.

We are thrilled to be part of this initiative and look forward to the remaining sessions covering patent drafting and prosecution, prior art and freedom-to-operate analyses, and strategic filing and global patent protection.
