Introducing the New USPTO Cancer Moonshot Expedited Examination Pilot Program

Starting from February 1, 2023, the USPTO will begin the new Cancer Moonshot Expedited Examination Pilot Program that advances out-of-turn applications that are directed to oncology or smoking cessation.
