Dr. Jacqueline Lui, President of Eagle IP Group, spoke at the Breakout Session on Patent Commercialization at the 5th Annual US-China IP Conference in Shenzhen.

The conference was an annual event co-hosted by China Renmin University IP Academy, Berkeley Center for Law and Technology and Loyola Law School Los Angeles. The 5th US-China IP Conference, entitled “Intellectual Property and Economic Transformation”, brought together senior policymakers, judges, academics and international practitioners from China and the United States to discuss five important topics: (1) Recent Developments in Trade Secrets Law; (2) Privacy Protection under the Information Age; (3) Recent Developments in Entertainment Law; (4) Patent Commercialization; and (5) Brand Protection.
